Well just for a laugh I joined the 944 reg mob at Bedford, but I didn't take my 994 T cab I thought I would let the 911 off the lead. Drove like a tart gradually finding the limits of handling, which I never did, as I had to bug out at 2.00 due to lack of perceptible tread pattern on the rears just as my cajones were getting bigger. The upside is that even the Jaguar XK8R with 500 bhp couldn't overtake the me on the long straight with a Vmax of about 147. New rear Bridgestones £570 fitted and balanced.
