Hi All, Looks as if the alternator is knackered as last night got the warning PSM faulty, then ABS faulty, wipers struggling etc, alarm goes off, didnt manage to get hoe and stuck on the Cromwell rd at 2am in 3'C temp... touch cold, touch embarrassed. RAC man checked it and suspects its faulty too. Before I take it to the OPC does anyone know if the alternator is covered under warranty? I can't find the literature at the moment on this and nothing on the search. Car was serviced there only a month ago for a 72k service, but have just had the switchable sports exhaust put on too....could these cause the fault of something not being put on right? Cheers Dejan

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
