Does anyone know the (approximate) weight of the frunk mounted amp? I'm always looking at ways to shed weight. In addition, listening to the F6 trumps the stereo sound system anyways. Ebay listings command over $100 for these things also.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Not much more than a few pounds. The sub and speaker box for bose cars behind the headrests on the other hand is a good twenty pounds
That's if you have a Boxster. The footwell sub in a Cayman / 911 is maybe 5lbs tops.
So a few lbs for the sub, a few for the amp. Same as 1-2 gallons of gas. #notworthit
