Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi there, My first post here, I usually lurk around PCGB forum but decided to peek over here Anyhow - buying my first Porsche - either a C4S or a TT. Only two requirements : HAS to be LHD ( long story ) and NOT in guards red or yellow ( pretty much silver, black, blue, etc ). Good condition, service history, etc. I have one under the eye that Im taking a look on Saturday, seems the one to go for ( good service history, seller seems an honest and helpful chap over the phone, everything ok ) and I will get a PPi from Peter Morgan on it, before buying. Plus the price is neither a bargain or expensive - seems right. One thing I learned so far is there is no such thing as cheap porsches. ( seen a few and my face melted with horror - how can some people treat their cars like that... ) However, if anyone wants to upgrade their LHD 996TT or C4S for a RHD or even a 997, you might want to sell your precious car to an Porsche enthusiast - me Let me know if you have anything for sale ! Cheers Goncalo Proenca
