Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Whilst looking i have noticed that some GT3 kitted cars have rear diffuser type thingy's (on the bumper) behind the rear wheels and some don't, can anyone tell me why? Thanks Chris

POST 2Original post

Hi Chris, It's not a diffuser - they were just spats that were optional extras as part of an aero kit. They don't have any functional purpose.

POST 4Original post

mine too....make all the difference at 140mph +.......honest

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I nearly called them spats but noticed on one ad that the owner had discribed them as diffusers so went with that I think like them

POST 6Original post

I don't have them.. (Makes mine lighter :dontknow: )

POST 7Original post

As you all know that I'm a Porscheshop stooge, (not true) check out the prices at Porscheshop for spats or diffusers or product differentiation. Regards Big Bob

POST 8Original post

They are truly awful things which ruin the flow of the car's lines imho I'd have them all burned (except for the C2/C4 aerokits - they can keep 'em!)
