Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

The stay at home order had me fix my elephant above my head; the headliner! Followed a few YouTube videos and articles here on our beloved site. Pretty straight forward removed the A-pillars (remember to pop the C pillar panel first); I did not remove C pillar but just pushed aside while working the A pillar panel out. Removed the sun-visor assembly and holder(has electric circuit). I kept the center map light and programmable garage opener in place on headliner. Near the center map light are two clips that hold the headliner to the ceiling those should pop out easy. The rear of the headliner has a one clip right in the center, white plastic! Gently lower the panel to expose the connector for the center map light and garage opener, have a small screwdriver ready to un-clip the electrical connectors. I moved my seats forward and removed the headliner from the rear. Once out I could clearly see how the center map light and garage opener are held in and removed them. Sent the panel to my shop and splurged on Alcantara. Any question let me know!
