Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Awe. The new 911 GT2 RS. Only 500 cars will be made. I wonder why they don't offer the PDK even as an option for GT-models, I think that it would be perfect because it is more efficient even on track.

POST 2Original post

Configurator is also available for this car now. Never seen anything like this, non-metallic black and white cost 2653,70 euros extra! GT-silver and metallic red are standard. Can anybody think of a reason behind this?

POST 3Original post

$202,000 the way I configured it. Ummm, not in this lifetime.

POST 4Original post

Because the PDK transmission doesn't mate up to the older split case motor used in the GT3/GT2. Making an adapter would be very expensive according to Porsche and not enough buyers for it so they didn't make it that way.
