Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

LST The Light Speed Transmission (LST) represents a scale of evolution notseen since the development of modern dual-clutch technology at the turn of the century. www.koenigsegg.com

POST 2Original post

Wow. I’m guessing you don’t get that serviced at the local Aamco Transmission place. 😀 I really like how they make the shifters have two functions. A regular paddle pulls changes one gear while a full pull lets it go to the best gear for the situation.

POST 3Original post

These guys always come up with such cool tech, I always enjoy reading about them. Too bad it's always completely unaffordable

POST 4Original post

Looks like it would be awesome for serious racing, and seriously overpriced for daily driving. Some amazing engineering regardless.

POST 5Original post

I love how they just make things. This and their camless valves both may not ever make sense with how complicated they are versus what benefits they offer. Yet they do it anyway. 😁

POST 6Original post

That is a gorgeous piece of engineering, and its ability to ‘find‘ the right gear in any situation makes it almost surreal. Unfortunately, one would have to mortgage the house if it ever needed a rebuild. That is IF you could find parts or someone with the training, skills and special tools to actually pull it off. But one can dream.

POST 7Original post

hopefully the technology will become more accessible and affordable over time and one day this will be an option for those wanting the next gen PDKs
