Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Guys I went on holiday for 2 weeks and left my 996 on the drive, when I got back and went to get in the car, the usual happened in that the car remote would not unlock, no problem sorted that, I went to start it and forgot it was in gear, however it turned over but sounded very odd and did not move forward, it sounded like the plugs were not in, but turning slower, I then knocked it out of gear tried again, it sounded very strange again and would not start and then it caught and ideled very very rough until I blipped the throttle a couple if times and then she was fine. Tuned it off, it started normal and drove fine, Any ideas??
