Hi, My sunroof started to bounce back. I took to to my mechanic and he's saying to me the mechanism that opens/closes the sunroof is worn out. He showed me by moving the sunroof saying that this shouldn't happen. See YT link for example Sunroof movement? The other side, I didn't record, doesn't have that much movement. I just need advice here. What should we be looking? What part(s) need replacing? Any advice at all welcome Otherwise I'm looking at a cassette I think which is crazy $$$

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.
