Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Not something i've done before but as i've finally found the picture i took ages ago i'll show you what someone else has done .. They made x2 pipes and connected them above the gearbox .. copper pipe is pretty easy to shape so this isnt that bad a repair . It can be done with gearbox in situ i would have thought as no point otherwise .

POST 2Original post

Thank you... that's really helpful, that might be just what I need as I need to do all my brake lines and would prefer not to remove the box at the moment. I can show this pic to my garage.
