Hi Everybody
Further to my last post "12 months on" i have made a decision and today called the indy dealer and we struck a deal on the 996 Turbo that i had been to see.
He is having the car serviced at Porsche on Friday and agreed that anything that needs doing will be done by Porsche.
I am then going along to sort out all the details on Saturday and will arrange registration transfer and should hopefully collect it in about 2 weeks.
If you have read my previous post yuo will know it will be an emotional day for me and my two sons when we collect the car but i know my wife will be watching and smiling at us

Thanks for asking Jamie, we have got past the first year. I am now a domesticated dad and can wash and cook, hell, i can even multi task now.
My two boys have had theis problems, especially the youngest one who was only 10 at the time, but he has jusr started his new school and loves it so a fresh start for him.
We all cant wait to collect the car and go for a drive. One day i will take it to "the ring". I always promised myself i would go and now i have the car to go in. Maybe next year i will try to tag along with one of the trips on here.
