Car was very loud this morning and tracked it down to the joint between the Cat and the Manifold on one side. Looks like the old studs need drilling out as they are very rusted / almost disappeared and have no nuts attached at all. Anyone had this issue and was it a quick fix? My worry is looking at the PET that the studs were part of the CAT. (Hoping that i don;t need to buy a CAT for the sake of a rusted nut and bolt!)

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
