Hi Guys! All replies welcome please. Having owned my pre facelift 2000 C2 for almost 2 years and no major problems I now am staring to expeirience a very loud noise when starting the car from cold. When cranking the car over a loud almost screeching noise is heard. I know from last year that the car does take a little longer to start in the cold and even needs a little gas but now it just does not sound right. Apart from that she runs sweet a nut. Answers on a post card!!!! Cheers

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
