1 Install coolant regulator
Insert coolant regulator in the housing as shown. Push
against the spring force using special tool 9627 and turn
until both sheetmetal edges are touching the housing.

2 Install coolant regulator housing
Cleansealing surface. Position coolant regulator housing
with a new seal. Tighten the three fastening screws to
10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.).

3 Pushon coolanthose
Insert retainingclip. Push the coolant hose with a new seal
into the coolant regulator housing. Push hose downwards
until the retaining clip is heard to engage. Check the hose
for secure seating.
