Pressure control valves PWM solenoid valve, CLC
The pressure control valves convert an elec-
trical current into a proportional, hydraulic
pressure and control the modulating and
shifting pressure ac-cording to various vari-
able operating conditions.

The PWM solenoid valve, actuated by a pulse-
width-modulated input current, supplies ap-
propriate pressure for the torque converter
lockup clutch. It is sealed with an O-ring and
a slit seal (arrow).

The pressure control valves have a locating
seat. A slit seal (arrow) forms the seal be-
tween the pressure control valve and slide
valve box.
