Removal Installation 1 Screw plug (with sealing 1 Clean,tighten to 30 Nm ring) (22 ftlb.), Replacethe sealing ring 2 Oval-headscrew 2 Tightento 10 Nm (7.5 ftJb.) 3 Guidetube 1 4 Shaft seal 1 Install only after fitting the gear set (also see Servo No. 35 50 19) 5 Closure cap 1 6 Bushing 1 Drive out from the inside Do not grease, oil or with special tool 9515 clean with solvent (e.g. solventnaphtha).Drive in up to the stop with special tool 9515 7 Shaftseal 1 Drive in with special tool 9252 as far as the mountingface. Fill the space betweenthe dust and sealing lips with grease (e.g. Liqui Moly) 8 Ball sleeve 4 Removewith special Drive in with special tools VW 771, tool 9648 (installation VW 771/15 and suitable depth 0.6 mm) internal puller (e.g. Messrs.
