Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I bought a 2000 911 with the fartory Commodore 64 NAV unit and it only has a California/Nevada disc, I need Washington and I am wondering what will work? Can I use a disc out of a newer car? I know the NAV is a total joke but I'm going to show the car this summer and need it all original. Thanks, Dan

POST 2Original post

From my research you have PCM1, which there were no updates and none of the newer disks work. I have the same unit in my car, and never use the NAV as it is slow and outdated.

POST 3Original post

Stalk E-bay for PCM1 8bit disks. Expect to pay $150/disk.
