Hi Guys, me again, I've recently gone to start the car after being idle for 2 weeks. The battery is fine and the car started but it would only idle super low revs and ultimately dies. I can keep my food on the gas to keep her running, but as soon as i let off, it stalls. I daren't take her out for a run for fear of damage or getting stranded. Any thoughts as to what might be causing it?

On my 98 cable throttled car, a clean of the idle control valve and throttle body worked wonders to tick over. Very easy to do on a 996.1.

Hello From what I've read. Car failing to start when warm and stalling could point to MAF CPS. Crank position sensor Hope it helps. Let us know if you sort it
