Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

I just got a 2006 Carrera. It is the first Porsche for me. I was looking at Caymans I ran across this car and fell in love. More room inside and I have to say I like the looks better. I have had fast cars before but the were not stock and no where as much fun as this car. The sound of the engine is like crack. I dont want to ever shift the trans just to hear the motor. Thanks for all the info listed here.

POST 2Original post

Congratulations... I see you have a good taste in cars! And your Porsche looks classy. Enjoy it in good health inshallah. Every month there are more people on this forum swinging towards the dark side (the 911).

POST 3Original post

Welcome. One thing you will find out quickly is that Porsches are different. Like the ignition on the left as a holdover from the LeMans starts of the 1950s and 60s. So really read the owner's manual. Lots of features therein. And with Spring just around the corner, may I suggest a driving mini-vacation. Drive safe. Ed

POST 4Original post

I am taking a trip already. 8 hours to houston Tx. I kind of like the fact that my wife will be limited on luggage too haha.

POST 5Original post

Congrats! Beautiful car. Enjoy your trip and be careful not to get any speeding tickets .

POST 6Original post

Hmmm, my wife would use that as an excuse to go shopping when we got there :taunt: That's a no win situation, and the ONLY thing I miss about the Cayman, it had more trunk space. The good news is we have a 2009 Challenger and it has a monster trunk and we have a pickup if she needs to carry a lot :hilarious:

POST 7Original post

Congrats, she's a beaut. I think you made the right choice. Tell me in six months if you'd ever go back to a Cayman.
