Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Looks to me like the rear wiper uses the same fuse as the front - C6
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi All,
Hope someone can help before I'm forced to go to Porsche Dealers!
My 996 TT 2003 model's rear wiper had been working just fine. You push the dash button and you get 2 wipes. But as of yesterday it stopped working!
Checked the manual and I can't see and fuses for the Rear Wiper. Checked the fuse box and the legend but there's nothing.
Am I missing something or is there in-line fuse by the motor, by the way I have no idea even how to get to that :-(
Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks,
Avais
There will deffinitely be a fuse
Has anything else stopped working? Check all external lights, indicator, brake light etc... normally on same circuit.
I will have a look at my diagrams to see if I can suss it.
See what you mean, hardly straight forward.
Firstly check the White/Clear 25A fuse in the kick panel - 3rd row down, 6th one across from the left.
Then if ok, the rear wiper is a module, the relay is part of it, check to see if you have power up to it, if yes it could be the motor or relay, if no let me know and I will dig deeper.
Hey thanks guys for responding much appreciated. But hey, something totally bizzare happened, it started working again all by it's self the next evening!!
Inccidentall everyting else was working just fine when the rear wiper went down.
Well let's hope it continues to function, can only imagine it to be a loose connection.
Thanks again.

spent ages trying to get mine to work only to find out I was pressing the spoiler button! You can't see either switch as the s/wheel is in the way while driving.
