Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
I think that might make a better and permanent repair than the injections?
Leading evidence: 'Repair than the injections' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Repair than the injections' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. Might save you time to have it recovered before you take the dash apart - making it a one day replace process.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Bought a used '99 996 in September. Great condition and thrilled with the car but it has some very prominent 'bubbles' on the top of the leather dash. Under the bubbles the dash itself feels flat so there is no warping. I live in the Cayman Islands so it is hot every day of the year. The interesting thing is that at the end of the day the bubbles are completely gone and the leather is nice and tight. In the morning, when the dash is cool, the bubbles are back. As an experiment I used a hair dryer one morning and low and behold the bubbles eventually disappeared. Any suggestions on how to stop the bubbles from reappearing? I've seen a few posts about injecting glue into the bubbles with a syringe. I'm not an expert on leather but is there anything I can apply to the dash when it is nice and tight that will keep it that way. Thanks.
Perhaps you can puncture the leather in a few key places with that syringe and inject the right adhesive. Then roll something over it for awhile to get it spread out and then let it set up.
My 2000 C4 had the same "bubbles" but they did not change with weather as far as I could tell. Car was a SoCal vehicle all it's life so I assume it was sun/heat damage. The Leather was also pulling back from the leading edge and had small splits in it. Funny (and good) that the rest of the leather dash is in fine shape.
I was fortunate to find a seller of the same color (black) leather dash cover on E-Bay and purchased the New part for only $200. Dealer quote was $1100. Taking the cover off was not that difficult and I found the how to tips here on Rennlist. Unless you can buy one cheep as I did I would suggest seeing a Leather specialist. Once the cover is off it would be very easy to have it recovered in similar black leather at a reasonable cost. I think that might make a better and permanent repair than the injections?
I would try Dan's (Edgyo1) approach first.
Get a syringe and inject the right adhesive, roll the area while applying low heat to help re-shrink the leather, place a weight on the bubble while the glue sets & drys. Just make sure you gon't get any glue seeping out of the puncture created by the syringe.
If anyone wants the old dash? Happy to send it on for the cost of shipping & a six pack. Might save you time to have it recovered before you take the dash apart - making it a one day replace process.
