This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

That solved my problem as to which one to leave outside!
I just spoke with my salesman and he informed me that they were unable to accept my add to full leather! He said that the computer has cut-off any more changes. He is going to talk to some guy named Jeff West to see if anything can be done to still add the full leather. That is a bit disappointing /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/sad_smile.gif, but I am the forever optimist and I will remain hopeful!

I think mine closed as well, Dec build, my last change was two weeks ago though.
FT,
I made one change a week ago and then decided that I wanted the full leather last Friday. My dealer told me they were unable to put the change in until today due to a nationwide Porsche website system failure. My dealer has now written a letter to see if there is any way to get the change in and will let me know by tomorrow.
If the site would not have gone down they said that change would have gone through. So I am hoping they will be able to help me out.
Russ
Wes,
Nice to hear from another Hawaii resident! I am a surfer, but I am a contractor, my office is in Kaimuki. My salesperson is Dan Liovetti and I am working with the manager Jim Jacobson on this issue of my leather.
When do you get yours? Care to describe it?
Aloha Russ
There is a surf shop that used to be by Nevada Bob's on Kapiolani. i think the Russ K is Bufalo Kealana's son. He shaped for Surfboards Makaha . . . . but gettiing back to the Cayman, I haven't placed an order yet. I am still torn between whether or not I should keep my current Porsche, an 89 911 Speedster . . . sort of a rare car. I do want to get a coupe 'cause the Speedster's top is merely an emergency top. Torrential rain on the Pali will still get into the car so that aspect drives me nuts. But when it isn't raining, the car is a joy. It is certainly not refined like how I would expect the Cayman to be. I could probably manage to get the Cayman and keep the Speedster but it would be quite a stretch. Certainly much easier to sell the Speedster . . . but then that's the end of open air driving pleasure. The other thing I am torn between is, which car becomes my daily driver? Which one do I keep outside my home in Kailua? Which one in the garage? The Speedster only has 24,000 miles on it. What to do, what to do? Any thoughts on solving my conundrum? Sorry for the rambling.

Wes,
I had many of the same issues haunting me as you do. I have a 330ci Convertable and I love top down driving on our beautiful Hawaiian days, but I cannot afford to keep it and buy the Cayman. That solved my problem as to which one to leave outside! I think you just have to make a choice, and I know it is not an easy one. You should probably wait till they come in and then decide.
I ride a Russ K and my last name is Kattengell. I think that was one of the reasons I bought the board.

Wes,
You are right down the street, I will stop be soon. My wife loves wine, but I must have some Russian in it is Vodka all the way. Stay in touch here at the Cayman Club!
Aloha Russ
I just now spoke with my dealer and he said that my car has gone into PLEST (plan estimate) and there can be no more changes. From here it will go to PLPROD (plan production) that is when I will get a number. But I am done making changes for sure now.
Russ
That was the positive aspect of the rejection, it is going into production and that is a GOOD thing. I also saved 2K. He said I could probably swap out th car and I said if it means taking later delivery NO WAY!!
Aloha Russ
