And the fronts arrived today as well.....absolutely prefect communication I would thoroughly recommend Woodford Garage Motorsport.

I did a couple of drives with just the rears replaced and it certainly felt better over the bumps, but I've only driven the completed change about 5 miles so wouldn't want to give a report yet, but after the geo I will let you know my impressions.

Has anyone had experience of buying a set of Koni Special Active Dampers from WoodFord Garage Motorsport down in Totnes?

Price seems to be very good just wondered how service / delivery was as I'm thinking of placing an order?
The estimated delivery is end of June on that listing so would check with them if they actually have stock (doubtful) or place an order with supplier on receipt of an order from you (Likely)
Apparently have stock of the rears but fronts due beginning of June.
But do any of the places selling them have stock? Lots of stories of Design911 and customers waiting ages for delivery.
Stock is not making you any money sat on the shelf unless its a high demand fast moving item, most retailers order on receipt of order on big ticket items, most of the time you don't even notice as all goes smoothly.
Had similar issue recently with type911, ordered some RS engine mounts showing as available in 2/3 days on website. They were delayed coming in from the states and took 2 weeks which was annoying.
Good point actually, it was touch and go for Centre gravity to be able to get me the Koni Sport I went with. Caused them a right headache, apparently post Brexit shipping issues aren't helping either.
Just to report...rear shocks turned up on Saturday exactly as described.
The fronts should turn up early June....so will report back then.
But so far great service and communication.

Does anyone know what this wire part is? On one strut the wire was loose but its really tight on the other so just dont want to throw something thats going to be required later.
Yes all fitted and they are off to Spires Tech in Leamington Spa on Monday to be all set up correctly.

I think that the Special Actives are great dampers and a good replacement if you don't want the full adjustment of coilovers. Mine ride really well at speed and are fine at low speed with no real crashiness like my old OEM M030 dampers (they were worn mind you).
