Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The seller's ad describes red, but I am thinking it might be natural brown, but still hard to tell with the lighting......

POST 2Original post

That's "Boxster Red." It's a bit orange-y -- about the color of smoked salmon. Nice how the carpets were changed to black from the stock red/pink. With Silver, it's very nice color scheme.

POST 3Original post

My 2000 S is red. Look under the hood or trunk and get the codes. Go to Show and Tell under My 2000 S is a few of my pics.

POST 4Original post

More than likely Boxster Red I have seen some with red carpet and some with black.

POST 5Original post

+1 for Boxster Red. Nice color. And from what I remember when I was ordering my '99, you could choose contrasting carpet from the factory. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that black carpet came from the factory with the Boxster red color. SB

POST 6Original post

[QUOTE=Gougoushu]...Nice how the carpets were changed to black.../QUOTE] I did the same with the floor mats in my Savanna beige interior. Helps mute the sea-of-one-color look and ties in with the black interior pieces.
