Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I notice the dual stage scavenge pumps have been launched this week from a couple of fellow member's joint business they've just created. I know some members, especially those who do a bit of tracking will be very interested in these and I'm also led to believe there's a fair amount of hype about these coming from some of the known businesses who work on these engines.

Opposite end of the cam cover, so it is scavenging from both ends.
Some description here:
I'll be doing an installation video at some point, but it pretty simple. Remove cam cover, drill hole, refit cover with new pipe, fit pump.
It needs the suction pipe: 996.107.984.02
And the longer bolt to bolt the pipe to the head: 900.378.217.09

Excellent! Thank you for getting this to the public, Martin.
This has put me in a quandary about keeping my car now, as this is a significant improvement to the way I can enjoy the car.
Not sure whether it helps with your quandary or not, but you can use the code MARTIN-M96 to get £90 off at the moment. This is just on the first 10 units.

Great work Martin. I'll consider this in the future for mine. Would having a deeper x51 style sump be a pre-requisite?
There's a long thread on rennlist from YouTuber jasonp996 that covers his findings around oil pressure instability on track. It might be worth seeing if he'd be interested.

Wow, that is an epic thread. Great read and great information. I see one of my video gets quoted on it about the scavenge differences.
I'll be doing a video of the internals of the pump and fitting it to the car in the near future, so hopefully somebody on the thread will pick up on that. I'm not one for wading in and telling people about our stuff on a form which I don't contribute to.

great to see the recent video
nice to see the positive comments there, & that it's had some attention from the US chaps in the Rennlist thread.
Incidentally that thread is well worth a read, & has some great contributions from Baz (Hartech) too.
