Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 2Original post

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thanks, my concern is there are specific points under the chassis to place the jack stands, and I can't remember where they were.

POST 5Original post

A lot of us just drive up on stacked 2x10s. I've actually done it without any raising of the car. Not so sure about my blood pressure. But it is not THAT difficult.

POST 7Original post

Only problem is car isn't level for oil drainage. Are they low enuf to fit under the sides so you could drive up on four Rhinos?

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

ah I have Rhino ramps but never thought about this. very interesting. I'm not terribly concerned with the car being level for the oil change. with over 8 qts. of oil, i'm not worried if fresh oil mixes with the small amount that might still be there. thanks!

POST 9Original post

Rhino Ramps for me. Its really a pretty simple oil change. No matter how you change oil in any car no way to get all the oil out...
