The two driver's side TPMS were not sending a signal and since the car is an 07 I replaced them. After a couple hundred miles, still not reading. Any ideas about what I should do next?
Hopefully you got the correct version (frequency) for your car?
The other thing would be to try and set the system up from scratch, I don't remember the 987 system, but on the 981 you can go to winter tires have the system learn that then switch back to summer so it re-learns all sensors.
Depending on your car there are three potential issues.
- there are 2 frequencies, 315 and 433 MHz, which must match the sensor to the car (315 was used for Canada)
- there are 2 incompatible protocols that changed over in 2008 IIRC for the 433 sensors
- rarely, the control module must be reset(this was my problem, after trying everything else)
Troubleshooting TPMS is a royal PITA sometimes.
Best of luck.

Assuming all the sensors where the same age, why would you only replace 2 of them? Or maybe I misread your statement. And assuming you have the correct sensors, it sounds like you need to go through the setup option. And if that doesn't work, try changing from summer to winter and changing the tire size, then go through the setup again. Finally go back to the settings they should be and do a setup again. Good luck.
When I replaced mine a few years ago I had to go in and reset the tire type. I don't recall having to change from summer to winter to summer; I think I just re-selected summer and the system reset. I have to do the same thing after a rotation. It always takes much longer than I would expect for the TPMS to respond - at least 30 minutes or so of driving. Clearly you are past that amount of time. I have read that removing about half the air (or something like that) then pumping them back up to pressure can sometimes be necessary - just passing this on as something I read on this forum long ago - never had to do it. Good luck.
