I have a Dension IceLink Gateway 500 installed with PCM. I have heard good things about their Bluetooth adapter. Has anyone here installed it yet? Does it work with a Palm Treo 750? Thanks in advance for all your responses!

I have and it works ok. There is an echo that I have, but it works. I like it much better than the external bluetooth devices. I have used it with a Sony Ericsson and an Apple iPhone.

Why do you need Bluetooth with the iPhone, if you're already passing audio to the PCm via the GW500? Just asking. Unfamiliar with how it all works.

The bluetooth adapter has both an audio in (microphone) and audio out (speakers) to facilitate the action. Although it would be technically possible to use the dock jack, that would only enable a small percentage of users to use their phone. Bluetooth is a much broader standard, and is wireless, making it much more useful.
