Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Sorry to run this topic around again but- After a 10 mile trip yesterday ,I went to go out again & the screen showed the right rear 4 PSI down. Gauge showed 1 pound over spec. Same for the left rear. In the past I have added air to 40+ PSI & bleed then down to spec. This would solve the problem. Warning light was still on. Checked this morning, both rears at spec. Thought that running the "re-learn" program might solve the problem. After 45 minutes the program was still running. I hate to leave the key "on" this long. My question- Should I be driving the car to make this program work?

POST 2Original post

You must drive the car, yes. Page 108 of the '06 Owner's Manual " The wheel learning process takes place exclusively when the vehicle is being driven. " There is some other nice stuff to know about temps and other things useful about TPMS in there also.

POST 3Original post

TPMS is always going to be a pain in the A**. Get used to it.

POST 4Original post

Thanks Santa Fe. I was on the pages for '07 that explain how to use the set up,but it made no mention of driving the car or maybe it's later in the section.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
