I just replaced my spark plugs and injectors and only noticed it after this work.

My 2000 3.4L 996 has recently developed a ticking noise at a warm idle, that sounds more like a chugging/diesel noise from the cab. Any throttle input mutes the sound, and it only occurs when the car is warm.
To me that just sounds like noisy injectors. It's the same sound on Bank 1 and 2, just louder on Bank 1.
One of these would help figure it out. Loud injectors can be annoying but not really a problem. Silent injectors are a problem.

I think you are suffering from the "996 jitters"...you need to drive more/faster.....I hear no chugging/diesel or unusual ticking noise in the video...
I have the exact same sound. I just replaced my spark plugs and injectors and only noticed it after this work. Everything is torqued properly. It is definitely injector "puffs" with each pulse. I can only hear at idle and car runs great with no codes. I used genuine Bosch injectors meant for the 2002 M96. I agree with @Porschetech3 about the jitters. I over analyze every noise.
Throw in a large Techron cleaner fill up with good gas drive till half a tank is gone let it sit overnight and repeat next day but only drive harder
