Guys your thoughts, I love my Boxster GTS so much I'm going to buy another one, just wondering whether I should get a Cayman , thoughts & comparisons pls from those of you who driven both ?

Have owned both. Boxster > Cayman . But it's irrelevant because it's only my opinion and these discussions always end up in a twist. Notwithstanding, this question has been floated so many times before its reaching gong show status. I say all the above without malice; just being factual. tl;dr: In before thread lock.

I suppose... I don't really see the point of two Boxster GTS . I also don't see the point of a Cayman GTS and Boxster GTS , but the benefits would obviously be that the Cayman is a better track day car since you don't have to worry about rollover protection. It also has a bigger boot. Umm... 10 more horsepower and some more torque... Sorry, I just don't see why you would want two of basically the same car. Have you considered any other cars instead?

I have had a convertible all my life. (In addition to sedan family cars) I started with a Sunbeam, then MG, Mustang, then 5 different Boxsters. Of course, Porsche is a superior vehicle. I love Boxsters too but hate to take them out in winter weather (rain, road salt etc) so I got a Macan S as my "crappy weather" vehicle. Love the Macan . But the debate between Cayman and Boxster , for me, is just a matter of if you like a convertible. If I did not care about the wind blowing over my bald head, I would have a Cayman . GTS
