I’m using my 987.1S more for the track now. Has anyone used a DSC Sport controller v1 and what are your thoughts? Worth it?

I really enjoy mine - totally changed how the car handles. Much flatter in the corners. I would consider this before doing other suspension mods first. Now I have some Bilstein Damptronics I have yet to put on.

I just put the DSC sport controller along with the Tractive DDA coilovers on my 987.1 this winter. I only use the car for track events so can report back a detailed review. My first event is May 7,8,9. The shop that installed the kit does only Porsche racing work and were impressed. I went from essentially the stock non PASM with TPC sway bars/drop links to this. The car is now lowered and corner balanced as well. On the drive back from the shop I honestly could not tell a difference but hey - driving through town at 45 MPH is not what I would call a true test. The prior set up was good for consistent 1:44s at Mid Ohio. I have turned 1:43's but at that pace the car would get sketchy...the stock suspension needs to unload before the car feels settled.

I have the DSC on the 987.2 . It was mildly better in sports mode but the biggest difference was when I added LCAs and a wider stance, did the active damping become a lot more pronounced and comfortable, and yet riding the bumps and taking turns with precision

Just got back from Mid Ohio. The track was cold all weekend wet all day today but color me impressed. The new Tractive DDA coilovers and DSC controller transformed the car. The car is settled and composed. I was able to turn 145's without too much effort. It will be fun seeing where the limits if this new set up are...compared with the stock non PASM set up there is simply no comparison.
