The water level is just above minimum (checked when cold), must admit it does need a litre to bring it to the max but must also admit i've never checked the water level since it was last serviced (5 months ago)

It doesn't hurt to clean it off (I used ear buds, but Im sure there are more conventional ways)....ie extend those journeys.....

Just washed the car and checked the oil. It needed only a cup full but I noticed some mayonnaise on the cap and in the filler hole. I can't check on the dipstick because there isn't one :evil: The water level is just above minimum (checked when cold), must admit it does need a litre to bring it to the max but must also admit i've never checked the water level since it was last serviced (5 months ago) Cause for concern or could it be the freezing cold mornings and 23 mins drive to work?
