Just got back from the shops on a very dull Saturday afternoon and noticed my passenger side side light is out :x Had a brief look under the bonnet, very confusing, how do I get to it to change it :?: Also, is it just a trip to Halfords to get the bulb or a trip to OPC :?: Cheers lads Marcus

You'll need to remove the headlight assembly complete, the lamp is easily accessable from there.. See the manual on how to remove, but its easier than you first think :? Type 501 lamp if I remember correctly, so any motor factors will have one. garyw

I've got them and they're not chavvy, IMHO. If you do a Xenon conversion, it's almost essential as the standard ones look cr*p.

I had LED sidelamps and fitted them to my 997, sadly it triggers the blown bulb warning and it becomes a bit of a bore after a while.. replaced them back to normals now, but totally agree that the colour temperature does match the HID really well. garyw
