I do get errors on the high beams after I replaced the halogen with LED.

I have changed the original halogen high beams to Philips LEDs and added the resistance which where in the box, but still suspect it could have something to do with the LED swap.

It takes a couple minutes of use for the error to show, and I don't use high beams enough to care.

Hi, I am starting to get the "Check left dipped beam" 5 to 10 seconds after I put on the high beam. Then the warning keeps popping up. If I switch back to dipped beam the error disapears. As far as I can see the left dimmed beam is working as it should when the message appears. I have changed the original halogen high beams to Philips LEDs and added the resistance which where in the box, but still suspect it could have something to do with the LED swap. Any recomendations on how to troubleshoot this or fix it?

Swap the left and right bulbs and see if the error follows the bulb. That will give you a clue. And maybe if it is just something loose, you'll actually fix the problem. I installed some Hikari H7 LEDs off Amazon for about $40 about 1 yr ago and I've had no errors on the low beams (with no resistor). I do get errors on the high beams after I replaced the halogen with LED. But since they work fine, I ignore the error. It takes a couple minutes of use for the error to show, and I don't use high beams enough to care.
