Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/837348.htm You would have at least changed the steering wheel. Selling for £19k after spending £6k on the conversion. Cat D anyone?

POST 2Original post

I saw this and thought the same. Bad history, fortune spent, feel sorry for him

POST 3Original post

kinda let down by interior really imo not sure why the history is bad tho?

POST 5Original post

997 front, 996 rear, doesn't look right... I guess he just got fed up with full conversion cost and decided to sell :dont know:

POST 6Original post

Why would you want to make a 996 look like a 997? Surely the 996 is far better looking machine? :dont know:

POST 7Original post

haha, good lad and well said but i think only 996 owners may agree with that lol, true as it is

POST 8Original post

Oh dear... :nooo: It's still a '99 C4 Tip with 77,000 miles with a hideous interior (IMO) and as such isn't worth £19k even if it isn't Cat D. For me, the mismatch body kit detracts from its value rather than adds to it.
