Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I've tested the fuses, looked at live data on my scanner to verify crank signal, but practically no voltage to the pump.
Leading evidence: 'Test fuses, looked at live data' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Test fuses, looked at live data' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Fully recharged battery and used a large jump pack as well to eliminate that.

So I test voltage at the connector with the jumper flipped on, and I get about 3.2 volts with it on for some reason.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Normally I'd have something like this licked but this seems to be a wiring issue I haven't seen before and before I go scrolling through the diagrams, I wanted to ping the forum for an oddity that may be known.
So here's an interesting one... 02 C4S, ran a month ago perfectly fine and it has sat and the battery drained down. Fully recharged battery and used a large jump pack as well to eliminate that. I get no activity at the pump and of course no start. I've pulled the FPR and hooked my trusty jumper to it and I get no life from the pump. I can pull the connector off the pump and power it with a power probe and it works. Hmm. So I test voltage at the connector with the jumper flipped on, and I get about 3.2 volts with it on for some reason. After priming the pump manually, the car fired for a second until the fuel is gone, so we have no obvious issues with immobilizer nor other relays it seems, and DME as far as I know, same with ignition switch. I've tested the fuses, looked at live data on my scanner to verify crank signal, but practically no voltage to the pump. Is it possible that there is another relay upstream that is interfering or a known wire that is susceptible to random failure? What's really sending me for a loop is that I get a solid 12v at the fuel pump fuse TERMINAL when I flip the jumper on, but only a few volts at the harness end. I am testing between the two large wires at the pump, by the way. Strange that this happened within a month. No obvious signs of rodents up front and it has been damp as we have cold weather still but nothing I'd say would cause this.
Any ideas?
Resolved:
I figured something was pulling power and nothing was broken since the car didn't move and it hadn't been that long, very unlikely it was rodent damage, confirmed it wasn't a relay, fuse or dead pump. So with a little more digging around, I saw the fuel pump module under the cover was a little damp so took it apart, gave it a good clean and voila, we have a fuel pump. So if you have a C4/C4S with a fuel module and have this problem, you may just have a wet module!
Cheers.
