This is not a probability of success.

I'll give it a better run over the weekend but right now I'm missing the 911 already...
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just dropped the 911 off for some OPC check ups and they gave me a loan car... '08 Boxster 2.7 manual :nooo:
I thought they might use this opportunity to try and tempt me into a 997... I'm not knocking the Boxster but it's such a 'loose' drive and completely uninspiring compared to the 911. I feel I'm sat quite a bit higher within the car and the lack of rear vision takes some getting used to. The interior is as expected but I noticed it mists up very quickly. PCM etc etc, all fairly standard. The gear box/shift is not as precise and when you hold the stick you can feel some vibration and notchyness (made up word :? )
and
no 6th gear!
But the biggest disappointment is the noise, just nothing. Almost whiney as you progress above 4k rpm.
I'll give it a better run over the weekend but right now I'm missing the 911 already... Just thought I'd share that...
Take the Boxster out and thrash it to 1 inch of it's life!
(Just to make sure you're not missing any hidden traits.)
I know the feeling I miss mine every time I get out.
I'm thinking of getting a CCTV fitted to my garage.
Evertime I walk towards it in the works car park I have this dreaded feeling that it is not there. This happens every day!
Do you change your shoes before you get in?
Do you look in your rear view mirror every time you reach 75 and smile when the tails up?
Roll on the long hot summer!
Porklife!!!!!!!!
And I thought I was the only sad bastard around - yes I also get a stiffy when I see my rear spoiler sticking up, must be a Freudian thing. Sod the expense, you're a long time dead!!!!!!!!!!!!! :food:
Stuart, my friend ( guys without their 911´s are automatically friends :bandit: )
I share your pain - apart from the fact that I dont drive my TT for a good 3 months ( clutch was gone and the-one-who-must-be-obeyed wanted house renovations so 1.5 grand clutch had to wait ) and now its since last saturday on indy for clutch + flywheel + sorting electrical problems + slave cylinder ...
Everything going ok, have almost daily updates from the indy ( very helpfull so far - RSJ Sports Cars )
Cant wait to pick her up, the waiting is agonizing
well I knew it that it needed the clutch and flywheel for almost sure so I got 2k on the side for this.
For the rest.. well I have a card that says VISA for a reason
. Im expecting the bill to be 2.5 or so..
my pride & joy has been in the garage since wed having a new camshaft
solenoid fitted, so have been pottering around in the missus suzuki jeep.
Looked on in envy when a carrera 4s blasted past me on the motorway today.
