This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

We went from a Cayman to a 911tt. Absolutely love it and never looked back. Wife drives the 911tt as a DD --Ed

POST 3Original post

Remember in 2006 there were 2 Carrera S variants: The regular w/355hp and the X51 w/ 385.

POST 4Original post

Doesn't seem like a particularly good trade to me. Both cars are now 5 years old, warranty or not. I would not have traded my 06 Cayman S for a 355HP C2S, the 09 introduction of the DFI engine (385HP) and PDK were the selling points for me. Personally I'd keep the Cayman and wait until the 09 911s w/ the new engine are in a more attractive price range, regardless of whether you want a manual or PDK .
