BBC's Top Gear has a US program on the Speed channel called Fifth Gear. I don't know if covers all the same topics (Cayman review) or not but here is the schedule for Mountain time.

I don't think this is the same programme. In the UK 'Fifth Gear' is on our (Terrestrial) Channel 5 (we have slightly more channels than 5, don't worry..) Some of the presenters actually left Top Gear a few years ago to start the programme, and Top Gear (on BBC2) underwent a big format change, bringing back a previous presenter. Top Gear has some great photography and amusing banter, Fifth Gear is lower on the humour but has a rather ravishing female presenter on their books (who can drive like hell)
Both worth watching!
I've seen Top Gear on BBC World, and a few other channels (possibly) in various hotels around the world, so I'm sure you can get it in the US. Not so sure about Fifth Gear though. P2P if stuck. Cayman hasn't been reviewed yet on either as far as I'm aware.
A search of DirecTV programs for 'Top Gear' gives the following results.
'Fifth Gear-An automotive magazine from the creators of `Top Gear,' a popular BBC show. Segments include car reviews, second-hand bargains and industry news.'
Looking at the Fifth Gear web site shows some of the same programs asTop Gear sowho knows what we will get. So far I've not found that BBC on DirecTV carries Top Gear. Our Discovery Channel did last year and it was fun to watch. But alas it is no longer carried there. Our Cousins may have to provide the video to us inU.S.
Aha! Wikipedia to the rescue:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_Gear
'In the United States, the show is broadcast on SPEED channel'
So Fifth Gear in the US is the same as Fifth Gear in the UK. You just need to find Top Gear (an easier find I'm sure), and you have both!
Some / all of the production team of Top Gear quite possibly left to start Fifth Gear, but to watch they are different formats. I prefer TG for the laughs, but a certain Vicki Butler Henderson keeps me watching FG...
The latest ep of TG is currently posted on a certain torrent site about pirates I noticed...
Since u guys are all going to watch it, maybe one of u guys can record and put the file on this site? Unfortunately, I won't be available to watch any of those times
Top Gear was on Discovery channel on Wednesdays but it is no longer on, and have not seen it at another time or day.

Plot Outline:
Fifth Gear (formerly 5th Gear) is a motoring magazine shown on British TV channel five (formerly Channel 5).
Fifth Gear is similar to the popular BBC show Top Gear, which began in 1977. When Top Gear (in its original format) was axed from the BBC schedule in 2001 many of its regular presenters defected to make Fifth Gear. Channel 5 wanted to buy the Top Gear name from the BBC, but the latter refused. The show first aired in 2002.
The current presenters of Fifth Gear are Vicki Butler-Henderson, Tiff Needell, Jason Plato and Tom Ford.
Topics include the best of new car reviews, second-hand bargains and industry news with a different feature piece in every episode.
In the United States, the show is broadcast on SPEED Channel.

The boys are back for a new series - and this week they head for the Isle of Man to pick a winner between the V8 Vantage Aston Martin, BMW M6 and Porsche 911 Carrera S. It's a tough job, sometimes.
Meanwhile, the Ascari KZ1 takes to the track and this week's Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is Waking The Dead's Trevor Eve.
At last, Sunday night telly is worth watching again...
This show is repeated Tuesday November 15 at 7pm on BBC Two
