Suggestion

Using the separate extensions will allow you to remove the stubby once you get the plug far enough out to grab the 3" extension...otherwise it will hang up on the muffler bracket...Removing the rear wheels also really helps provide access.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 2Original post

Yes definitely, requires a bit more patience and a good selection of different length extensions with wobble capability to get the job done on the passenger side of the car especially for cyls 4 and 5. I say go for it. I like to use a 3 inch wobbly extension, a stubby 1 inch extension, a spark plug socket and a 12" long ratchet with wobbly head. Using the separate extensions will allow you to remove the stubby once you get the plug far enough out to grab the 3" extension...otherwise it will hang up on the muffler bracket...Removing the rear wheels also really helps provide access. - Casey

And it really helps if the car is on a lift...
