Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i have had my battery off the car to charge it and now the computer doesn't display the air temp, everything else displays fine so does anyone no how to get it working again. cheers

POST 2Original post

The ambient air temp is monitored by a sensor located on the drivers side front lower air-vent in the bumper. A small Black 2 wired unit pushed into a small round loop. Disconnect spray WD40 on connectors and re-join. Prone to water ingress due to location. Could also be a slight corruption when re-connecting battery. Simply disconnect for 5 minutes then re-connect *follow ECU reset procedure* :thumb:

POST 3Original post

My GT3 does not have any extra display, but PolarExpress and Jeff do ! I was informed that OPC can turn it on and have it pre set it too outdise temp or MGP or something else ?? When I asked the OPC I was told it can't be done ?! :?:

POST 4Original post

Just had my OBC turned on by RichardH, have a word with him TB

POST 6Original post

I'd be happy to do it if you are in the area. It's a 5-minute job. Drop me a PM if I can help. Standard charge is a bottle of dry white!!
