Ok I recieved my head unit and dash kit and CAN BUS from Japan and am ready to install!! I have read the previous threads concerning this unit. Are there any step by step installs with or without pics available? I have installed head units before. Typically, they have all been just plug and play with the harnesses. I understand that from TresX post that there are some differences with moving a few wires around. I just don't want to screw this up! I already have the dash kit installed-I just need to be sure I get the unit hooked up correctly TIA for any help:cheers:

skittlz74, do you have the can-bus adapter kit that gives you a speed sensor signal, illumination signal, etc? Or just the trim kit and speaker\power wire adapter?

Both! After reading all the threads I figured it would be easier to just go ahead and get the can-bus adapter as well

the reverse lead on the canbus only works if you have tiptronic trans.
