Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does anyone know how to remove the headlamp washer jets on a pre-facelift 996? I am trying to replace the nearside jet as it is leaking. I have removed the headlight and there appars to be a special clip that attaches to a connector on the washer fluid hose. Is this what I have to remove and is there a knack to it? Needless to say I rang my friendly OPC and guess what, they were particularly unfriendly! Thanks for your help.
