Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I think others have reported similar experiences with their CD players - I have had the same glitch occur, though I'm not sure what triggers it because it just occurs sporadically (I use my own burned CDs also).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Hi, just wondering if this has happened to anybody: I burn CDs at home of my MP3s, and most of the time they work great on my stock system. But every so often (especially in city driving after many on/offs of the car) the CD will not register and the console says "NO CD" even when I eject and reinsert the CD. I'm stuck listening to the radio at that point..... any suggestions?

POST 2Original post

I think others have reported similar experiences with their CD players - I have had the same glitch occur, though I'm not sure what triggers it because it just occurs sporadically (I use my own burned CDs also). It usually requires ejecting the disk, then turning the radio off and on to "reboot" it, and reinserting the disk.
