Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I didn't know Renault had a hand in designing Porsche parts.

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, Got a letter through from Porsche today saying that my 14 reg, Boxster S has to go back to them to check on a part. It is the front boot lock/latch. Just spoken to my local centre, it would appear that it is not failing and bonnet flying up but the other way round that the bonnet will not open as the lock fails N Edited by Noel74 on Thursday 6th November 09:03

What fantastic photographs. Looking at them, I am struggling to accept the fact that in 10 years time, the 981 will look oddly old fashioned? Edited by nsm3 on Saturday 8th November 12:18

Will be the 993 of Caymans. Saw one (993) this morning: how beautiful is it?
