I can only think he forgot that you have to use the gearbox to make things go quickly.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Did anyone catch last nights Used car roadshow on ITV4. Had a 1998 C2 996 in their find a car section. I think it was filmed last year, if the prices were anything to go by... it had 80k and was up for £23000 !!! wow how things have changed. but enough of that and down to the real reason behind the post.
The guy who was looking for a car shortlisted the 996 and a Lexus convertible. Comments on the 996 were... not that impressed felt a bit slow. So he bought the Lexus. :floor:
I can only think he forgot that you have to use the gearbox to make things go quickly. Each to their own. Just glad i now have my own!
I saw that episode on a previous repeat.
Can't believe he went for the
really
ugly Lexus. At the time I thought maybe there was something wrong with the 996. Also, I think he was used to autos, so maybe wasn't changing down as much as an auto box would.
I've done that sometimes when my tip box is in manual, but I've forogtten. *thinks* "why is the car not accelerating properly", when in 5th at 30 MPH. :?:
There's no accounting for incompetence.
If she was big in the North of england   , as your signature goes, she'd cost you a fortune. What a gorgeous mouth though :floor: :floor:
