I took car to local INDEPENDANT PORSCHE garage who did tests they topped up fluid, replaced rear latch mechanism, swapped roof control module with another and durametric tested all sensors which all seemed ok.

Since all the electronics have been checked by the shop I would start to check fasteners for tightness and check the very basic things.
