Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

2 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Playing with PIWIS 2 (a different story), I left the key inside the car and the battery ran out. Without repeating many postings about how to open the frunk: 1. Using the fuse box method, I found the constant current / amp was the difference 2. My jumper box / battery with 700 amp peak current DID NOT work 3. My friend's 600 amp, Cobra XL H20 jump pack did not work 4. Almost ready to remove the wheel liner to pull the wire, I tried my sump pump back up battery with 75 constant amp with a jumper cable And was able to open the frunk immediately. YMMV.
